Some insurance companies cover only a single consultation visit. In that instance Pain GPS Clinic provides the referring provider (and your primary care physician) with a copy of the detailed consultation report, which includes a list of recommendations for your care.

Some insurance companies cover a limited number of visits. Sometimes your provider requests a consultation to help you get your pain under better control with only a few visit. Pain GPS Clinic will work with you to develop a robust pain management program. When you return to your primary provider you can discuss your new pain management program and implement the suggestions and recommendations made.

Founded 2020, during the COVID19 crisis, and inspired by the amazing humans we are privileged to care for.

Physical LOCATION: 1605 Oak Street Eugene, OR 97401
1605 is one of many individual offices located inside the Oak Building. We are located on the first floor inside the courtyard. There are 4 gates, One gate on each side of buidling. The code will be texted to you prior to your appointment. Parking is free and accessible from all sides of the bulding. There is a wooden bench to sit on outisde the office if needed. There is a water dispensor inside the office. The chairs are standard medical office chairs. The bathroom inside the office is NOT ADA but there is an ADA bathroom in a different part of the building. If it is raining/snowing the buidling has covered walk ways. Walkways and gates are wide for wheelchairs and walkers, etc.
